As demand rises 6% a year, Belo Horizonte is gaining new hotels to increase capacity for the 2014 World Cup, including five luxury towers in strategic locations around the city.
Maio-Paranasa Builders along with French group Accor, for example, are investing over R$ 300 million in 3 to 5-star hotels in the Savassi and Belvedere neighborhoods.
